This product contains beta-alaninewhich is an amino acid used by bodybuilders, runners and triathletes as a supplement to reduce physical fatigue. It is one of the few supplements whose high effectiveness has been confirmed in scientific research. In order to increase the level of carnosine storage, beta-alanine supplementation, which is an endogenous amino acid produced in the liver, is used. β-alanine improves exercise capacity during exercises in which anaerobic changes dominate and the amount of hydrogen ions increases, i.e. mainly high-intensity exercise lasting from 60 to 240 seconds. Therefore, it can be particularly used in the following sports disciplines: martial arts, bodybuilding, rowing, short-distance running or obstacle running.
The composition of the Fireblaster product also includes bitter orange extract, also known as Citrus aurantium. This substance is used in Chinese medicine and was used to treat bronchitis and gastrointestinal bleeding. In sports supplementation, its action is known as a fat burning aid. Additionally, bitter orange extract is an excellent appetite suppressant.
The bitter orange fruit is a source of synephrine, which chemically resembles ephedrine, a thermogenic substance that is prohibited for its health benefits. Unlike ephedrine, synephrine works safely by stimulating the nervous system by acting on the beta-3 receptor. The effect of this interaction is lipolysis, i.e. the breakdown of fats. An additional action of this substance is to accelerate blood circulation, raise blood pressure and increase the volume of the cardiac output. The use of this substance is not recommended for people with hypertension and heart disease, which is directly related to increasing blood pressure.
Fireblaster has been additionally enriched with vitamins and minerals important for the proper functioning of the body. That is why we have a dose of l-arginine here, which directly affects the dilation of blood vessels, which results not only in improving motivation but also improves oxygenation and nutrition of cells.
