DOSAGE
Recommended daily dose: 1-2 capsules a day – one 30 minutes before breakfast and training. Each time wash down with plenty of water. Do not exceed the portion recommended for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Note: Biogenix Thermonator® Monster Caps® contains caffeine; it is not recommended for use in children and pregnant women (caffeine content: 100 mg / 1 capsule; 200 mg / 2 capsules). Do not consume other products containing caffeine (e.g. other dietary supplements, coffee) or synephrine (including m.in citrus juices) at the same time. In addition, it is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women, in people with heart disease, hypertension or in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparation. The product is not intended for the elderly. Discontinue use in case of deterioration of well-being after application of the product. Do not exceed the intake of 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine at a time. Do not use immediately before bedtime or during the few hours before bedtime.
