Rules
- The administrator of personal data (“Administrator”) is
properly configured browser (chrome, safari, firefox, explorer, opera)
enabling cookies in the web browser and Javascript support;
in order to register a customer account in the Store and to place an order effectively, the Buyer must have an active e-mail address and, in certain cases, a keyboard or other device enabling the correct completion of electronic forms.
The prices of all goods visible on the Store’s website are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys. These prices do not include transport, the cost of which is borne by the Buyer in accordance with the provisions of §4 of the “Delivery” regulations.
The prices displayed on the Store’s website, as well as the descriptions of the goods, constitute only commercial information and not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. They become binding – for the purposes of concluding a specific contract – only upon confirmation of the order being accepted by the Seller.
3. Orders
Successful placing of an order in the Store requires prior acceptance of these Regulations.
Orders via the Internet can be placed by the Buyer 24 (twenty-four) hours a day, 7 (seven) days a week.
Orders in the Store can be made by filling in the appropriate forms on the Store’s website.
When placing an order, the Buyer is obliged to provide correct personal data: name and surname, exact address of residence and delivery, active e-mail address and contact telephone number.
The submission of an effective order by the Buyer is associated with the obligation to pay.
After the electronic message about receiving the order, the acceptance of the order will be confirmed by the Store by e-mail or by phone. Upon confirmation of the order being accepted for execution by the Store, the contract is considered concluded.
The information contained in the confirmation referred to in §2 para. 6 of the regulations constitute an integral part of a distance or off-premises contract and may be changed only with the express consent of the parties.
The order fulfillment procedure begins without undue delay after the conclusion of the contract.The contract is concluded in English
4. payment
In the Store, it is possible to make payments in the following way:
Prepayment by ordinary transfer to the Seller’s bank account,
Prepayment by electronic payment or by payment card via the PayPal;
The administrator of the Buyers’ personal data is:
Placing an order in the Store is tantamount to consent to the storage and processing by the Seller of personal data contained in the order, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 30/05/2014 – on consumer rights (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 683) .
The Seller informs that the Buyer’s personal data will be processed only for the purpose of effective confirmation of receipt and acceptance of the order for execution and delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the Buyer.
With the express, separate consent of the Buyer, his personal data will also be processed for the purpose of providing information materials and marketing offers in the form of a newsletter.
