The multifunctional (1) properties of the product are due to its varied ingredients with different points of application:

Vitamin B6 is involved in normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Zinc and magnesium are involved in normal protein synthesis.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of healthy muscle function.

Creatine enhances physical performance during short bursts of high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

The function of amino acids in cells - and in the human body in general - is diverse and manifold. This is reflected in their functional grouping. In addition to the well-known essential and non-essential subdivisions, they can be categorised according to their chemical structure, their aqueous solution chemistry, their typical biochemical reactions, their physiological role, etc. These can be partially summarised below:

L-leucine, L-lysine and L-arginine are so-called protein building amino acids. The L- prefix means that the compound represents an L- configuration that can be used by the body. L-leucine and L-lysine are essential amino acids, the former being branched chain. Its metabolite, HMB (beta-hydroxymethyl butyrate), or more precisely its calcium salt, is also included in the ingredients. In addition to being a constituent of protein chains, L-arginine is also a precursor of nitric oxide (NO), a so-called precursor. L-arginine is formed in the human body in a biochemical cycle called the urea cycle. The non-protein building L-ornithine, which is also present in the product, is a member of this cycle, among other things.

Of course, protein building requires more than amino acids. It is a highly complex process that is precisely controlled. The term 'protein building amino acid' should therefore not be confused with the process of synthesising proteins.

It is therefore no coincidence that the mainstay of the active profile of such a multifunctional1 product is the diverse composition of amino acids.

The lecithin in this product is an essential component of cells, whether for structure or function.

The plant component of the product is represented by Coleus forskohlii extract standardised to forskolin. Standardisation is a process that ensures that the same amount of active ingredient is always present in each unit of plant extract.
