Activlab Psychobiotic Properties
Activlab Pharma Psychobiotyk capsules contain 6 strains of probiotic bacteria:
- Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium: secrete the neurotransmitter GABA;
- Lactobacillus helveticus and Bifidobacterium longum: support the reduction of cortisol;
- Bifidobacterium infantis: helps to increase serotonin levels;
- Lactobacillus reuteri: supports the increase of oxytocin levels;
- Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactobacillus reuteri reduce inflammation in the body, contribute to increasing the concentration of the hormone leptin and inhibiting the secretion of ghrelin;
- Lactobacillus acidophilus: positively affects the functioning of cannabinoid receptors in the spinal cord.
The capsules are enteric, which are resistant to the low pH of the stomach.
How to use:
Take 1 capsule per day. Wash down with 200 ml of water.
