Using the recommended dilution ratio (8.5 g/150 ml; 17 g/300 ml), the drink is sugar-free (<0.5 g/100 ml of drink).
Remark
The initial inflammatory reaction of the lips is caused by Bioperine (95% piperine® – black pepper extract). This effect disappears within 15 minutes. Slight tingling and itching is also a common reaction to the active ingredients.
Recommended Dosage
For 75 kg of body weight and for sensitive athletes, mix a dose of 8.5 g in 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg of body weight or in the case of high-intensity training, mix a dose of 17 g in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
