Cost: Free for orders over £49
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided once your package has been dispatched. You will receive the tracking details via email so that you can follow your order's journey right to your doorstep.
4. ACCURATE DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering any additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
5. DELIVERY TIMES & DELAYS
While we strive to meet the delivery times specified above, occasionally delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal strikes, or courier delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues promptly.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but if the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to make adjustments.
7. UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES
