Carnosyn® Beta-Alanine, Micronized Creatine Monohydrate, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Polydextrose, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavours, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Anti-caking Agents (Silicium Dioxide, and Calcium Silicate), Sweeteners (Acesulfame Potassium, and Sucralose), Vitamins (Ascorbic Acid, Folic Acid, Nicotinamide, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, Methylcobalamin), Colour (Allura Red)
Directions
Take one serving (1 rounded scoop) of C4® Original, mixed with 150-200mL of water 20-30 minutes before training.
