Pillar 1: Energy
When you go to training, you should feel power. Energy is supposed to be released gradually, be long-lasting and cause only a surge of strength, clarity of mind and the desire to shift tons of weight.
Synephrine (from Bitter Orange Extract)
It affects the sympathetic nervous system, improves respiratory efficiency, accelerates blood circulation and stimulates blood pressure. It improves mood and causes a long-lasting release of energy.

L-Norvalin
An organic chemical compound from the group of amino acids belonging to the α-non-protein amino acids (not included in proteins). Norvaline is an arginase inhibitor, thereby increasing arginine concentration. It causes a long-lasting synergistic effect with caffeine and beta-alanine. With l-norvalin, your training can last longer.

Beta-Alanine
is an amino acid that is a precursor and building block of carnosine. It increases its saturation in muscle cells. Beta-Alanine has a very strong effect on the release of energy, which stimulates and wakes up the muscle before training. It acts as a sudden energy shock for your body. In BB PRO, we have avoided excessive tingling and burning effects of the skin by its appropriate proportions and harmonization with synephrine and norvalin, and thanks to the presence of Glyceryl Monostearate, which soothes the flow of beta-alanine through the nervous system.

Caffeine
Caffeine stimulates the functioning of the central nervous system and increases metabolism, as such it is used for both consumption and medicinal purposes. It reduces the feeling of physical fatigue and restores mental acuity in conditions of weakness or sleepy mood. Caffeine mainly affects the upper echelon of the nervous system, acting as a stimulant, increasing concentration and attention, facilitating the formulation of thoughts and overall body coordination.

Pillar 2 and 3: PUMP + Vascularization

L-Arginine
L-Arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide. It improves blood circulation and thus causes a muscle pump effect. It increases endurance and regeneration by relaxing smooth muscles. It increases the elasticity of membranes and stimulates the secretion of growth hormone. It also acts as an antioxidant.

Glycerol
Glycerin ester and stearic acid. It occurs naturally in the human body as an intermediate in the digestion of fats. Glycerol monostearate is now an irreplaceable ingredient on the way to achieving a long-lasting muscle pump. Your muscles will be maximally filled. Glycerol has hygroscopic properties, i.e. it draws water into the muscles. It makes the muscles bulging, better supplied with blood, much harder and prepared for even stronger training. It prolongs the effect of the muscle pump up to 12 hours after the end of exercise. Immediately after training, it causes the effect of "tearing" muscles and affects even better training results by overloading muscle fibers. Glycerol has a pumping and anabolic effect. It delays the effect of fatigue through the properties of a better hydrated muscle.

Citrulline
Malate An endogenous amino acid. It directly increases the production of nitric oxide (NO), affecting blood supply and vascularization (veining) even more. With a solid dose of this amino acid, you will feel an extra muscle pump and your veins will be even more visible. In combination with Glycerol, it affects the length of the pump effect.

Pillar 4: Focus

Choline Tartrate Ester
of tartaric acid and choline. It is crucial for the functioning of the nervous system. It improves the transmission of nerve impulses. Choline deficiency is associated with the occurrence of disorders of the nervous and muscular systems, so supplementation with this ingredient is recommended. Choline bitartrate will improve your training resulting in better concentration, focus and your attitude.
