Skeletal muscle building protein contains approximately 60% of L-glutamine found throughout the body. Increased catabolic processes can reduce the amount of L-glutamine in body fluids by up to 50%.

RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:

• Dissolve 1 portion of 5 g (1 flat scoop) in a bottle with 100 ml of water, shake well.
• Training days: one portion of 5 g after waking up and 5 g after workout.
• Non-training days: one portion of 5 g after waking up and 5 g before bedtime.
• The packaging contains a measuring scoop.
• Do not exceed recommended daily portion. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
