What is hydrolyzed collagen and how does it work?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. Its characteristic structure makes the structures made of collagen highly durable and flexible, therefore it is the basic structural material of bones, joints, skin, nails and hair.
Hydrolysed collagen is a collection of peptides and amino acids that build and rebuild collagen structures. Supplements based on this ingredient are the most common choice of people who are looking for an effective way to regenerate the body – from bones and joints to better condition of the skin, hair and nails.
RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
- Pour 5 g (1½ scoops) into a mug or cup, pour 180 ml of hot water.
- Do not exceed recommended daily portion. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
