Rice Carbs & PROTEIN is a powder for making rice gruel enriched with rice protein, apple and cinnamon flavour. It contains sweeteners. It is a high-protein product based on protein and complex carbohydrates derived from rice.

Protein is responsible for the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, which is especially important for athletes and physically active people. In turn, carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function after very intense and / or prolonged exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores. The beneficial effect is achieved when carbohydrates are consumed from all sources, with a total consumption of 4 g per kg body weight, in doses taken in the first 4 hours after very strenuous or prolonged exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores, and not later than 6 hours after such exercise.

RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:

Pour 250-300 ml of water into a cup or bowl immediately after boiling (hot, but not boiling), add 1.5 scoops (50 g) of powder and stir with a spoon.
