Activlab Super Snack Protein Pudding 450g.
It is a source of protein, which is why it provides energy for a longer time. Ideal as a sweet snack or a delicious breakfast. It contains whey protein concentrate, has no added sugar, and one serving is only 108 kcal. The product is low in fat.
WAY OF USE:
Pour a portion of 30 g [3 scoops] of the product into a cup, pour 100 ml of cold water and mix thoroughly.
1. Heat in a microwave [600 W, ca 2.5 minutes] until a consistency of pudding is obtained.
2. Pour into a saucepan, cook over low heat, stirring, until a consistency of pudding is obtained.
Ready-to-eat pudding can be served with fresh fruits, fruit juice or whipped cream.
