INGREDIENTS: Ashwagandha [withania somnifera L, 1.5% withanolides]; cellulose capsule [HPMC].
RECOMMENDED USE: Take 1 capsule daily after a meal with plenty of water or otherwise after consulting a doctor. Daily dose = 1 capsule.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
