7Nutrition CREATINE STRONG 400 g. Food supplement. Micronized tri-creatine-malate with taurine. Designed for active sportsmen of strength-endurance disciplines. Regular use of creatine provides better endurance, more strength and muscle mass. It causes lower water retention than popular creatine monohydrate.
INGREDIENTS: Creatine malate; taurine; L-glutamine; acidity regulator: malic acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; E414 stabilizer; aroma; sweetener: sucralose.
RECOMMENDED USE: Mix 1 scoop (5 g) powder with 250 ml of water. Take before and after your workouts. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
WARNINGS: The product must not be used by pregnant or lactating women. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintaining good health requires varied nutrition and a healthy lifestyles.
