HMB supports muscle building and protection by stimulating protein synthesis and reducing catabolic processes. In addition, it helps to reduce body fat, which makes it a support for both building muscle mass and losing weight.
RECOMMENDED USE: Dissolve 1 serving (3 g = 1 scoop) in 100-150 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
INGREDIENTS: Ca HMB (calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate).
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of small children. Protect from direct sunlight.
NOTES: The product cannot be used by children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

I have been using doda d'eau for couple of months now, it does work, just make sure you give some time for your body to get use to it. All the goodness that contain well-researched strains like "bifidobacterium" and "lactobacillus" made wonders in my everyday life 👌
oh well - this was quite a 'journey', but everything worked well. Unfortunately, Hydrox was not available, but I was offered a replacement. I cannot comment on this replacement as its still early days. Great service and speedy delivery.
