Crea Fight 2.0 is a new version of our post-workout formula, for all athletes who take their training seriously. The product is intended primarily for people practicing strength and endurance disciplines. Crea Fight contains in each serving (30 g) as much as 10 g of Optipep TM whey protein hydrolysate, with the highest possible degree of hydrolysis, 2 forms of creatine, a low-sugar form of maltodextrin, lactoferrin and a set of 25 vitamins and minerals, together necessary for the proper occurrence of most metabolic processes. In addition, Crea Fight contains herbal extracts with adaptogenic properties: Schisandra chinensis extract and Rhodiola rosea extract.
After intense exercise, our body is not able to digest food, and yet it is so important to provide nutrients as soon as possible. Therefore, with full awareness, we did not add any fats (lecithins) that would reduce the foaming of the finished mixture with water, because they would slow down the penetration of the product into the intestine, where virtually all the ingredients of Crea Fight 2.0 are absorbed.
