RECOMMENDED USE: For the first few days, consume half of the recommended daily allowance for adaptation. Dissolve 12 g of the product (1 scoop) in 200 ml of water. Consume about 20 minutes before training. Consuming single doses higher than the recommended daily allowance without prior adaptation can cause gastrointestinal problems. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
