Usage: 

It is recommended to consume 1/3 of a shot – 26.67ml three times a day. After opening, consume within 48 hours and store in the refrigerator. Shake vigorously before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. This dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are essential for good health. Its use is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
