L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG), beta alanine, magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium), potassium citrate (potassium), sequestrant - sodium citrate, L-citrulline, flavourings, taurine, tyrosine, acidity regulator – citric acid, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), caffeine anhydrous, sweetener – sucralose, anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide, inositol, glucuronolactone, ferrous lactate (iron), zinc sulphate (zinc), copper sulphate (copper), sodium selenite (selenium), sulphate manganese (manganese), chromium picolinate (chromium), potassium iodide (iodine), colour (for flavours – watermelon-strawberry: cochineal red A; orange: sunset yellow FCF; pineapple, lemon, mango: quinoline yellow; kiwi-cactus: pistachio green (tartrazine, brilliant blue); currant, blueberry: indigo carmine). Sunset yellow, quinoline yellow FCF, cochineal red A, tartrazine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

How to use:

Take 1 serving of the product (10 g), i.e. 2 scoops mixed with 250 ml of water. Use about 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Measuring cup included in the package.
