Dissolve 1 serving (30 g – 1.5 scoops) in 300 ml of water using a shaker. Unscrew the shaker cap and wait approximately 30 seconds for the foam to subside. Foam formation is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality of the product.
Consume 1-3 servings daily (during the day and after training). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
