Recommended Dosage
Mix a dose of 15 g (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink about 30 minutes before physical activity of a strength nature. During endurance activities, it is necessary to provide this product with carbohydrates and increased fluid intake (e.g. ISODRINX). The maximum daily dose is 15 g. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Once opened, store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and use within 3 months.
Warning
Due to the high concentration of effective substances, undissolved particles may be visible in the drink. This is natural for this product and should not be considered a disadvantage. A tingling sensation is a common reaction! The sachets contained in the product are not intended for direct consumption. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children! Keep away from heat, frost and moisture.
